Setting
This is a no AC Dressingroom style game! Death is not permanent, but not encouraged either.
You've arrived in a world where nothing stays the same for long! Aside from stabilized areas, the entire planet warps and changes.
Ruins? Old temples? Forests? Giant alien cityscapes? Everything and anything can be found here, only... everything is abandoned and in various states of disarray. There are dangerous creatures lurking about too...
There is however a single, stable, area of land where a small city has been built, and it's here that you arrive. In the center of this area, there is 'The Gateway'. It's where everyone arrives and leaves the world from, but there is no guarantee that it will let you go to and from your world as you wish... but you are far from stuck... most of the time.
The stable area, also known as 'Gate Town', has shops, homes, apartments, roads and farms... It might not be the prettiest place, but at least it's a safe place to hang your hat, store your belongings and rest. There is no real 'traffic' in town, since most locals (npcs) use carts and wagons to get around... cars, buses and so on are permitted, but the locals are not fond of the things as they tear up the roads.
Land can be stabilized for personal use, either through magic or science... but it's not easy and must be renewed periodically. (Ie, the character using the land stops playing and leaves the game permanently, the land 'goes back to nature/chaos' unless it's given to another character.)
Leaving the stable land is dangerous, but can also be very rewarding! There is no end to what can be found out there! And the shops in town will pay well for items from 'the mysterious lands'. One should have no trouble paying for a place to stay, food and supplies ... If you're willing to work for it.

Rules:
1) No Godmodding without the other player's consent.
2) Don't be an ass
3) IC =/= OOC
4) Tag your entries! Remember to add [Network] to network posts in the subject line as well. There isn't another comm for that.
5) This world is wonky, your character does not have to participate in any events/world changes you do not wish them to.
6) If you do not want to play with someone or their character, state it clearly to them.
7) If someone does not want to play with you/your character, be respectful of their choice.
8) Minor muncest is fine, but don't overdo it. The world is changeable, that means characters never have to meet if the muns don't want them to.
9) NO MEMES! Sorry. This is not a meme community, go to bakerstreet or another meme community if that's what you want
10) All adult content/graphic violence/smut etc should be under a cut and warned for. No exceptions.
11) About Death: Death is not permanent, but not encouraged either. Any characters that 'die' must wait a minimum of 1(one) day, before they return to life through 'The Gateway'. Any items that they had will be lost, unless they go out and recover them. Bodies turn into mist within 24 hours, any items and clothes are left where they fall. (If nudity is an issue, they will return clothed in a simple, thin, grey, smock, with nothing else.)
Tagging Guidelines
1) Remember to tag your entries! There is no separate community for the network and logs.
2) Every entry should have a public or private tag, at least one location tag(move as you wish in the thread, but at least give a start point), and a network or log tag! The words [Network] or [Log] should be included in the subject line.
3) The filter tag is there if you want to exclude groups from a public tag. Ex, Filtered to 'other villains' or Filtered from 'cats', etc. This information should be found in the first line of your post if applicable.
4) The character 'owned' tag is for residences and locations that belong to that character. ie, the apartment they live in or an area that the character built, etc
5) Mod tags are for mod announcements and mod use only.
6) You Must Tag Adult And Violent Content With The 18+ Tag!!
